I am a post-doctoral clinician specializing in treating adolescents and adults. I received my undergraduate degree from DeSales University and earned my doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the College of Saint Elizabeth. I have experience working with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, stress-related concerns, behavioral issues, relationship problems, and major life transitions. My treatment approach consists of a combination of effective practices, including humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapies. It is my top priority to meet each individual where they are in their process, to consider their unique set of life circumstances, and to tailor the treatment accordingly.
