For over 20+ years I have guided individuals on their path towards healing, higher self-awareness, and overall wellness. My approach is eclectic and highly personalized to the individual and I work with both adolescents/teenagers, as well as adults. I have special interest and experience with an array of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, family issues, anger management, substance use, trauma, coping skills, adjustment issues, school/college concerns and forensic issues.
