As a Doctoral level Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I view the work I do as deeply personal and collaborative. In my work with clients, I place high value on the therapeutic relationship, which is essential for growth and healing.
Working from a client-centered and psychodynamic approach, I specialize in work with child and adolescent clients, as well as women’s and parenting issues. I can tailor the client experience based on your goals and needs, including the integration of play and creative modalities to create a safe and engaging space.
I welcome clients whose goals include instilling hope, increasing insight, and impacting lasting change for a life of fullness by exploring areas that may be causing them stress (e.g. anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions).
