There are moments in your life when you wake up and find yourself filled with unexplainable dread, unrelenting anger or sadness. As a parent or a partner you try to offer the best of you and yet the feeling of failure or lack of satisfaction is often there. Are therapy sessions confidential?
Confidentiality is a crucial part of the therapeutic relationship.
