I work with people in all phases of life with a desire to work through transitions, explore within themselves, and enhance their relationships. Life stressors can impact each of us in different ways, and I believe that working with a therapist you trust empowers you to make changes, shift your mindset, or sit at peace with challenges. I also provide clinical supervision for fellow LCSWs, LMSWs, and mental health counselors in New York State.

Do you find yourself being triggered by everything and everyone around you? Do you feel like you're walking on eggshells, unsure of what’s next? As uncomfortable as this may feel, you're not alone. Many individuals struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and emotional dysregulation due to their past and present trauma. Whether trauma has been acute, chronic, or generational, becoming aware of its impact and learning how to navigate it is a powerful and necessary step toward healing. As a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor, I am currently pursuing my doctoral degree.

Our lives are often filled with ups and downs, twists and turns, most of which we can usually navigate quite well on our own. Sometimes, the challenges we encounter can become overwhelming and we may need help to get through them. And sometimes talking to someone who understands what you’re going through and speaks your language can make all the difference. My name is Les, and I'm a clinical psychologist and military veteran with specializations in the treatment of addictive disorders, trauma, anxiety and depression-related disorders, and military psychology.

"We all need somebody to lean on". This is more true today than when Bill Withers released his iconic song in 1972. Most people find that even after just a few sessions their lives feel more fulfilled and gratifying. Let's work together.

Surviving and moving on doesn’t take away the imprint that trauma and relationship stress often leave behind—on your mind, body, emotions, self-esteem, career, and connections. Whether you’re feeling isolated and alone, anxious and on guard, completely overwhelmed, or longing to feel loved—I’m here to support you through all of this. The adaptations you needed to survive may keep you stuck in painful patterns, but with intention, change is possible. We can work toward resolving traumatic memories through the body, tending to relational issues, or healing the impact of early trauma within yourself, without deeply revisiting the past.

Hi, I'm Jen. I'm a clinical social worker who has worked with children, adolescents and parents for twenty years. My goal in each session is to make my patients feel comfortable and identify their feelings. Each session begins with an emotional check-in and an update of what has happened in life since the last session. From there, together we can determine what the specific goal of the session will be, or continue to expand on skills and strategies introduced earlier. I believe in the need to be flexible depending on what the needs are in the moment of the patient. I craft a judgment free zone to help people be their best self.
