I work with a diverse array of clients, including active and retired military, police, and other first responders, as well as victim/survivors of trauma, chronic illness, substance use, and the LGBTQ+ population. I have skills for the variety of concerns that my populations encounter, including, complex PTSD, trauma, severe anxiety, adjustment, re-integration, communication, TBI/ABIs, phobias, substance use, and mood dysregulation. Most importantly, I work with clients that come how they are, how they can, and with everything they have.

At UTH we help children and adults become leaders by raising their self-esteem, self-confidence, and social skills through as many naturalistic opportunities as possible. Our staff is trained to work wiith individuals who have been diagnosed with a host of disibilities including, but not limited to, autism, LD, MR, AD/HD, brain injuries, and emotional and behavioral disorders. Participants in our programs often do not have official "diagnoses" but may be gifted, shy, or lack self-confidence. We also have programs for those with more specialized needs due to behavorial, cognitive, speech, or physical challenges. .

The PsychoNeuroPlasticity (PNP) Center is currently accepting children, adolescents and adults who may be living with ADD/ADHD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Mood Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety, Depression, Memory, and Brain-Health concerns as well as other Neurological and Spectrum Disorders. We offer a comprehensive 2-day brain-based assessment along with three-month follow-up and treatment planning.

Hello! I'm Kailee and my passion for mental health work stems from my own experiences within the field. A social worker once saved me and it ignited a fire within my soul to help others who struggle with trauma, women's issues, or suicidal ideation. I am an Air Force veteran, and I am passionate about helping fellow veterans, military members, and first responders. I also work with perinatal mood & anxiety disorders. I use an eclectic approach to helping my clients as I believe there is no "one size fits all" for everyone. I strongly believe that you have the answers, sometimes you just need help finding them!
