Addictions and Biblical Counseling are a series of powerful tools that profoundly improve relationships. Sandhya Sharma is a South Asian Indian LPC and certified addictions specialist who works with: Adults, Teens, LGBTQ community, and International Communities. Sandhya will help create a safe and supportive therapy environment and work with you collaboratively to both accurately assess your strengths as well as areas of struggle. She will develop a treatment plan with you to help you facilitate behavioral changes that more successfully meet your goals. Sandhya will help you look at the ways you have been currently coping with life’s problems and help you to develop new strategies from a strengths-based perspective. 

Tau Healing Services is available for the needs of those suffering from situational, family, or personal issues that are causing distress in life. Tau means true. Healing is viewed as a process of becoming well. The aim of Tau Healing Services is to provide professional and quality services that assist in the healing process by natural means and with the assistance of grace.

Excelsior Therapy works with individuals, couples, families, and groups, even offering adult and teen anger management classes. We believe that using cognitive testing and evidenced-based interventions with the collaboration of clients creates the most positive impact on helping clients meet their goals. In addition, to these therapeutic specialties, Excelsior Therapy is connected with a medical team that can assist with medication management that many clients have come to appreciate.

Haley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in marital and family relationship counseling and trauma therapy. Haley takes a holistic approach to mental health addressing the needs of the individual by considering the societal, relational, biological, spiritual, and emotional factors in a person's life. Haley approaches therapy with a collaborative stance, considering the client the expert on their life and situations and offers her expertise on relational dynamics, trauma and the brain, attachment wounds, and self-parenting to help her clients navigate their past hurts, current relationships, anxiety, and more.

I have more than twenty five years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in individual, marital, family, and groups in the field of counseling health services. My experience includes consulting in inpatient psychiatric and hospitals, medical/surgical hospitals, nursing homes, pain management clinics, and private practice. I also specialize in career testing and counseling for high school students, college students, and in career transition for adults. I have served as a psychologist and director of a Christian counseling center for eight years and as a psychologist and manager for the employee assistance program for Methodist Hospitals of Dallas.
