I am thrilled to be a member of Blue Skies Psychological Services, P.C. I have always wanted to be a therapist, as my own experiences with therapy have helped me so much. Being diagnosed with a learning disability at an early age gave me compassion for what all family members must cope with when confronting LD and other special needs. I work with teens, adults, couples and families, in various settings, such as schools, colleges, vocational training programs. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I customize my approach to suit each unique individual, utilizing a client-centered approach. Empathy and active listening are key.

My name is Caylla, I am a Licensed Master Social Worker practicing in New York. I am passionate about helping others reach their potential and lead fulfilling lives. I have experience working with adolescents and adults with mental health disorders and developmental disabilities.

In this complex world, children often have difficulty navigating their environment. This may cause children to act out in inappropriate ways. Approximately 40% of my practice are children and adolescents; I also treat adults of all ages, including geriatric patients.

Dr. Michele Winchester-Vega and Associates is a group private practice with over 10 LICENSED professionals that specialize in a variety of modalities and treatment specialties. Treatment is offered to those aged 6 and above and individual, family and group modalities are available. We are involved in teaching and hold faculty positions as well as providing consultation/ supervision to other professionals.

I have worked as a Psychotherapist/Psychoanalyst for almost 45 years. My work is based on understanding our behavior and I communicate that to the person or couple I am working with.
