Seeking counseling is an important step toward making your wellbeing a priority and finding relief from the pain and unhappiness you might be feeling. My area of specialty is working with individuals with anxiety disorders, such as generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, phobias, as well as obsessive compulsive disorder.
I focus my practice on working with adults. Some of the challenges that I can assist include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, as well as managing stressors associated with relationships, work and family conflict.
