Applying both my training in psychodynamic theory and as a Mental Health Counselor we will help you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Together we can create new paths and strategies that will assist you in living a fulfilling and rewarding life.
In my practice I use psychodynamic, CBT, DBT and mindfulness techniques to work with individuals to meet their specific needs. I aspire to increase self-awareness and change that will aid you in living an emotionally healthy life.
Every person is different and therefore my work will be different for each person. Practicing in a person centered way allows various approaches and interventions to be tailored in a way that meets your specific needs.
