I have worked as a clinical psychotherapist for over fifteen years now. I have worked as a clinical psychotherapist providing individual therapy to seniors, adults, adolescents and children. I specialize in treating clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and phobias. I believe in working together with my clients in helping them to believe in themselves and believe in their abilities to reach their goals. I have worked on different treatment approaches depending on my clients needs. One of my treatment approaches is in the use of cognitive behavioral therapy.
Through this work I help my clients address certain negative beliefs they might have about themselves and I work with them on developing new adaptive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Many of my clients have benefited from this approach and now lead happier and more productive lives. I know that one technique does not fit all so I am here to work with you
