As a dialectical behavior therapist (DBT) I balance accepting where you are and helping you make change in a nonjudgmental space. I apply my psychodynamic background to understand how your past is keeping you stuck. If you are seeking help getting past specific traumas I use EMDR or Prolonged Exposure.
I have extensive experience working with individuals who have difficulty regulating their emotions, managing relationships, career changes and life adjustments.
