Hi! I offer therapy to adults who want to change but feel stuck. Maybe you feel depressed, anxious, angry, or lost. There's nothing worse than having these feelings and not knowing why, or what to do. It makes you feel helpless and lonely. That's where I come in. I'll use my training and expertise to help you better understand yourself and your life thus far. Together we'll create meaning, process difficult emotions, and empower you to overcome your current difficulties. As a result, you will have more peace in the moment, and you will be excited about your beautiful future.
Therapy is collaborative - we work together to build insight, process feelings, and make meaning, with the ultimate goal of enriching your life and helping you access your best self. I welcome all forms of expression and encourage you to invite me into your inner world via the use of dreams, visual art, writing, music, movement, or other means of metaphor.
