You want to live more freely, more wholly, more in touch with who you really are. You want to find your way to wholeness and freedom. You may be looking to share and explore things that have never felt safe to open up before. You may have tried and benefited from other kinds of therapy, and are interested now in treatment that is focused on real, embodied experience now, in the present, rather than endlessly re-telling the same stories. You may have realized how the past has affected you, and you would rather define yourself than being bound by it. You are ready above all to reclaim your own innate goodness, wholeness, and strength.

Originally from Bronx, NY, I have worked with a huge demographic.I have worked as a contractor for the Army Reserve as a Youth Services Specialist responsible for Family Programming, Yellow Ribbon Re-Integration Events, Battle Weekends, etc. In addition, to enhance my social services background, I have also served as a Care Ambassador with CDC assisting with Ebola outreach prevention services. I believe in transparency and open communication. I tell all that therapy does not mean that you're crazy as that is the common perception. Therapy/life coaching/mentoring, simply means you need guidance or an ear to listen to. I am available!

Want to go deeper than talk therapy? Do you stay busy to avoid feeling? LGBTQIA+? Experiencing a transition or loss? Anxious about politics? As a queer trauma therapist, it is my great joy to guide you in a different kind of therapy, one that works at the level of the body, not just the intellect. I hold the view that we can find greater inner peace and growth when we have the courage to examine and accept difficult emotions instead of trying to "fix" or numb them. In order to process the painful feelings, I will first help you learn how to experience ease and enjoyment in your body, sensations that trauma can disrupt.

While working as a therapist; I've learn how important it is for individuals to establish trust with someone to the point they feel comfortable and unjudged. I believe therapy is a place where an individual could experience the safety of divulging their life experiences with a professional counselor who actively listens and validates their personal dilemmas. I hold the belief that everyone's personality and values are different; therefore I will collaborate with you and discover ways to appropriately tailor our sessions together so we could effectively attain your goals.

Do you sometimes wish life could be easier? At some point in life we may feel overwhelmed by work pressure, family conflicts, relationships, financial difficulties, or any other modern life challenges. Even without a serious trigger we can sometimes feel simply exhausted. We obsessively think about the same topic, and we have difficulties falling or staying asleep. After a while we start to feel incompetent, ashamed, doubting ourselves, and totally unmotivated.
