Guided Element MHC is a virtual group practice. We all hit difficult roads in our lives, unexpectedly and without caution. Dealing with overwhelming emotions, thoughts & feelings will definitely impact our mood, behaviors, and interactions with people. Our goal is to work with our clients to address these emotions and behaviors they are experiencing, & work towards developing positive coping skills, tools & techniques to apply in their lives. We have clinicians who worked for FDNY, and various backgrounds and populations. We aim to helping individuals step into a better version of themselves and coping skills to manage stress.
We have clinicians who specializes in trauma and crises, women issues and children. We use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as EFT, CPT, CBT to name a few and help to develop tools and techniques to help facilitate change in thoughts, emotions and behaviors. We practice and provide online therapy services through use of the Telehealth system.

EMS Support Group
This group is specifically for EMS members who can benefit from talking in a group setting with a licensed therapist talking about coping skills, strategies and group processing of experiences. Therapist will talk about and provide psycho-education on self care, stress management , and a variety or tools and techniques to build out the uniformed members "tool belt". This is a virtual support group. Contact for signup and payment options including some NY insurances. Sign up for group entry must be done one week before entering group for processing. Facilitating therapist has experience working with EMS active, retired and WTC
