I believe that every individual is the expert on their own life, memories, and identities. As every person is unique, I prefer to utilize an integrative approach that caters to a client’s needs. I gravitate towards strengths-based, person-centered, and psychodynamic approaches in conjunction with mindfulness practices. I also pull techniques from internal family systems and gestalt therapy modalities.

I'll walk beside you along this new path if you're ready to take the first step. I help adults who want to heal emotional wounds. Professional, responsible individuals who take care of others but have a hard time seeking care for themselves.
