Sustainable recovery is possible! I will teach you to honor your hunger and trust you can stop when you've had enough. Strategies include a combination of practical coaching techniques, results-oriented psychology, a mind-body approach to nutrition and lifestyle practice.
I've been where you are - most of my adult life I feared what food would do TO me. My beliefs and behaviors with food morphed into an eating disorder where I restricted, binged and purged. Therapy, weigh-ins, dietitions and a library of self help books did nothing to free me - until I discovered I could be empowered with a plan unique to me.

This is a virtual group that will powerfully transform your relationship with food from one that is mired in fear to one that is joyous, loving and free. Using my signature program - 7 Steps to Stop Fearing What Food Will Do TO You, we look at how limiting beliefs keep us boxed into a toxic relationship with food; explore not only what to eat but how, why and when to eat; and learn how stress impacts our metabolism and develop a new set of skills to rely on when life gets in the way. Limited to 10 participants, we'll meet weekly for 60 minutes.
