Life can feel exhausting in a way sleep can't fix. You may be keeping up appearances - at work, in your relationships - but underneath, something feels off. Anxiety can easily become a default setting, or stress can quietly take over. Perhaps life has shifted and you're struggling to find your footing. Have you ever felt that you should be happier than this? As humans, we tend to repeat painful patterns, feeling like no matter how hard we try, something just doesn't feel right. You don't have to navigate this alone. Our work together can help you feel grounded, seen, and more like your authentic self.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over ten years of specialized experience in neuropsychological evaluations, complemented by a background in psychotherapy and academic and executive functioning coaching. Families and individuals often seek my services when there are challenges with learning, attention and self-regulation, or more complex emotional difficulties that they are struggling to make sense of and are unsure of how to address. We are a group of clinical psychologists offering cognitive-behavioral approaches to help clients realize their full potential. Cognitive behavioral therapy provides practical tools to help people overcome obstacles. We work with adults, children and adolescents stuck by emotions such as anxiety, sadness, fear or anger. Many of our clients also come to us with the burden of worrisome, disturbing thoughts. Others are managing behaviors like insomnia, procrastination, anger outbursts and addictive or repetitive behaviors. Attention disorders may also impede the success of children and adults. Many just have difficulty coping with the stress of daily life and the demands of a fast paced city.

To cultivate a therapeutic environment that is warm and supportive, while also truly change-oriented, I prioritize seeking a complete understanding of each client’s perspective on their challenges and strengths as we identify working goals for change together. In therapy, I assist my clients in identifying the areas of resilience already present in their relationships. Together with my clients, I strategize to support leveraging these strengths to interrupt patterns that are preventing them from being the healthiest versions of themselves and from having the most satisfying relationships possible.
