My approach is psychodynamic and relational. I see each client as complex and unique, and I believe that one’s environment and lived experiences inform present issues. I also practice IRF, a gentle and compassionate approach that helps people welcome their feelings, and make space for them, rather than push them away.
I believe that looking inward to gain self-awareness is a powerful way to develop and cultivate a love of oneself that is compassionate and supportive of you, your goals, and your dreams.
