Self-Esteem/Managing Depressive Symptoms -Virtual
6 week group focus on learning strategies for building and maintaining self-confidence, including challenging negative self-talk, developing a growth mindset, and practicing self-care. Through group participation, we will create a supportive and empowering environment where members can share experiences, and gain practical skills for managing self-doubt and managing depressive symptoms. Note this group is open only to adults over 18. The group follows the CBT and DBT treatment. Book a FREE 15-minute consultation to determine if this group best fits your needs.
