I am a certified Jungian analyst with many years’ experience in addressing a wide variety of issues, including trauma, anxiety and depression; divorce and relationship issues; mental illness in the family, and grief. I am a client centered therapist. I don't presume the answers to your questions but rather encourage you to find your own unique solutions to life's challenges - which in general arise from unique circumstances. When the opinions you encounter - from friends, family, or even Psychology Today(!) - don't help, you need a tailored approach.
As a Jungian analyst I do encourage you to develop a relationship to your own psyche; to value your dreams and imagination. In this way, you can take the work with you into life, wherever you go.
