I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been trained to become a trauma therapist by Bessel van der Kolk who authored the book "The Body Keeps The Score." My goal is to provide a space in which you feel seen, heard and understood as that is what truly creates opportunities for growth, reflection and introspection. I specialize in trauma but work with clients from all different paths of life and backgrounds who are dealing with a broad array of matters including anxiety/depression, major life transitions, body image, relationship issues and overall self-discovery.
My therapy style is flexible and geared towards helping each client live intentionally. I approach each client with understanding and sincerity and provide a collaborative environment in which to do the work you want to focus on. I pull from many different frameworks including Attachment-focused, AEDP, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, IFS and EMDR.
