I have expertise in working with issues of depression, anxiety, trauma/post-traumatic stress including complex trauma, relationship issues, reproductive health and infertility, life cycle changes including college transitions, new motherhood, and grief and loss. I have postgraduate certification in integrative trauma studies and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
My integrative approach includes use of psychoeducation, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mind/body and mindfulness techniques, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic techniques, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
