I have direct, clinical experience working in the areas of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance abuse, Dementia, adoption and family systems. I have worked in an educational, community, and a psychiatric hospital setting.

When you're at a crossroads, what drives the choices you make? I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist helping my clients take charge of their life's direction. In college, I received life changing advice from a creative writing professor. She wrote "this character has no agency" on a paper where the protagonist was a not-so-subtle self-insert. And she was absolutely right; my choices were driven by side characters. This realization sparked something in me that I hope everyone gets to experience: serious main character energy.
