There are times when our coping just doesn’t seem to adequately offset the stressors in our lives. As a result we can often feel irritable, overwhelmed, stagnated or underwhelmed by life itself. We may even develop physical signs of distress, Stressors come in many forms and sometimes we aren’t even aware of all the different ones taxing our system until we have the opportunity to explore them in a safe context with somebody well-versed in their detection. Are therapy sessions confidential?
