I use mindfulness based therapy and solution focused interventions to help you gain more control over your mind & body, emotions, and relationships, so that you can live presently and intentionally.
I have specific and advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, compassion focused and mindfulness based therapies. I strive to create a safe, supportive, healing environment and describe my style as grounded, non-judgmental, irreverent, and authentic.
I am a certified Eat Breathe Thrive facilitator and love to incorporate mind/body practices with intuitive eating principles to help clients achieve full food/body image recovery. I have experience working in various treatment settings where I assisted with curriculum and program development, and research surrounding the treatment of eating disorders.
