I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2019, and I have experience supporting young adults and adults with concerns such as addictions, substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship/ family issues, and anger management. My ideal client would like to resolve these issues by empowering themselves to learn how to counter negative thoughts, regulate emotions, tolerate moments of distress, communicate effectively, and mindfully stay within the present moment. I have an interest in working with individuals in early adulthood, and those in major life transitions. I feel passionate about helping all individuals, particularly women, live more authentic lives. Women are often viewed as caretakers and multi-taskers in a variety of different roles both in the home and workplace. Transitions in life, and other life events can be scary, and often times individuals find they may need some support. Feelings of anxiety, depression, or other uncomfortable emotions are all so normal, but can impact our lives in many different ways.

We will establish clear, concise goals for what you wish to achieve by participating in therapy, along with the steps which we will take,as a team,to help you achieve those goals. We will work only at a pace at which you are comfortable & which will always remain flexible for adjustments. You remain the driver at all times.
