I pride myself on my ability to build an open, trusting, and judgment-free relationship with my clients, while helping to develop coping skills and fortify personal strengths, in order to get through some of life's most challenging obstacles and transitions. I work with clients to increase confidence in their own abilities and capacity to heal, grow, and thrive in relationships with others, as well as themselves.

I have an extensive history working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma or emotional distress, as well as adults, couples, and families who are struggling with other issues. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), the national evidence based treatment for PTSD and trauma in children and adolescents.

I am currently offering reduced rates for clients willing to work with an advanced clinical student under my close supervision. This is a great option if you don't currently have visits covered by insurance! I am passionate about helping my clients through transitions and life changes by building confidence and self-esteem.
