Hello. it's very brave to take the first step and find help. Finding the right therapist is often hard. Changing something in your life can be challenging. I believe that everyone should have hope and everyone has great potential. Dealing with problems, big or small or mental health issues - depression, anxiety, or struggling with substance use, can be overwhelming. With my compassion, warmth, understanding and unique skills, I will walk with you along your journey to maintain/obtain wellness and/or achieve recovery as well as to learn how to set appropriate limits and boundaries. Individuals, couples and family's are all welcome.
I am here to listen, teach you new skills that will help you manage your day, resolve conflicts in your relationships and guide you to let go, forgive and move forward. After coming in or telehealth for just a few sessions, clients, couples and family's report better communication, improved self-esteem, decision-making techniques, and better mood and sleep.
I believe anything is possible and challenges can be overcome. I have more than 30 years of experience and have worked extensively with adolescents, adults, couples and families all over the world, trained in the UK, Canada, Israel and US in both mental illness and wellness.
