Feeling stuck in the past, on edge without knowing why, or noticing yourself reacting in ways that don’t make sense to you? You’re not alone.
Our body can leave us living in our past—small or big experiences that shape how we feel, respond, and relate to ourselves and others. Sometimes anxiety, tension, or self-doubt shows up without a clear reason, leaving you wondering, “Why am I feeling this?” I work with adults, teens and couples who want to break free from these patterns, not just by talking about them, but by truly exploring and processing them.

You take care of everyone else, but you're always exhausted. You can't remember the last time you did anything for yourself. Everyone thinks you're happy and you "have it all together," but you cry on the way home from work everyday. You have spent so much time making sure everyone around you is okay, you forgot to take care of yourself.
Now, more than ever, people are feeling anxious, depressed and uncertain about how to manage their lives. Pushing away your needs and not taking care of yourself can lead to long term challenges for your mind and body. I believe it shouldn't be so difficult to live a better life.

As John Lennon wrote "Life is what happens when we're busy making other plans". In addition to re-adjusting to life after the pandemic, the political landscape may also lead to feeling somewhat disconnected from family and friends. Many people continue to experience anxiety, depression and relationship issues as a result. Most of my clients had initial reservations about trying telehealth but, much like everything else lately, we’re resilient and go with the flow. The benefits of telehealth are that you don’t have to travel, scheduling is much easier and you can be seen wherever you have internet (must be in NJ during session).
