Throughout our lives we are constantly challenged with change and transition. Sometimes these periods of change are smooth and gradual but often our course in life can be altered in unforeseen ways. From early childhood through our later years we encounter obstacles and issues that force us to adapt. Learning to adapt, overcome and achieve at these difficult times is the focus of my practice. Understanding that we are all unique individuals with varied strengths guides the direction of therapeutic intervention.
