Hey there! ...What to share in this box to see if we could be a good fit? I consider myself a holistic therapist treating mostly trauma with a modality called Somatic Experiencing. In a therapeutic alliance we decide how to best address what brings you into therapy and allow for a creative process together. Clients often say they enjoy the freeform to therapy when working with me. I tend to work a lot with Existential thought questioning the big ideas and concepts and breaking down old thought patterns in order for a client to feel and live their most authentic self and life.
I specialize in trauma, PTSD, grief/loss, and death/dying. In that, I practice mostly with Somatic Experiencing to treat trauma related concerns more directly with the nervous system. I am also expanding to more specializations around polyamory and open relationships as well as the LGBTQIA+ community.
I believe my clients know their soul path and I assist in removing the blockages from their view so may reach their greatest potential.
