Hello! My name is Sara Gibson, LCSW, M.Ed, RYT-500. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Yoga and Meditation Instructor, Art Educator, and Embodiment Coach. I am a Trauma-Informed, Holistic Therapist. I believe in a holistic & somatic approach to healing.
