Hello, I’m an integrative therapist and life coach. I work with clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger, grief, transitions and relationship issues. I also work with couples and families using IFS and Emotionally Focused therapy. I believe in meeting you where you are in life and creating a genuine, safe and non-judgemental space where you can connect and build a relationship with your inner Self and be guided by your inner wisdom in your journey of healing, growth and development.
I am passionate about using the latest tools and technology in healing and transformation and am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS level 2 complete), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), psycho-spirituality, Mindfulness and non-dual Effortless Mindfulness, psycho-analysis, yoga/mindfulness and laser life coaching.
I work collaboratively with you in your growth and evolution beyond stuck patterns of conditioning to healing and ultimately leading a more balanced, Self-led, fulfilling life.
