I help my clients to look at their experiences in new ways and imagine and create new possibilities for themselves.
I have many years of experience as a psychotherapist, and have worked with individuals of diverse backgrounds dealing with a wide range of clinical issues including: anxiety, depression, adjustments of various kinds, relationship difficulties and life transitions. My integrative approach blends insight oriented therapy and mindfulness based strategies.
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Columbia University and completed my internship and fellowship at Bellevue Hospital. I completed advanced training in Couple and Family Therapy at NYU Postdoc. I am a trained instructor of Mindfulness, Lovingkindness and Compassion Practices. I am a licensed Psychologist in NY and NJ.
