Discovering who we are is a process that can begin at any stage of life. I’ve made it my mission to work with people of all ages to navigate the complicated course of discovering who they are. My passion is to help people navigate the often intimidating waters of gender identity, sexuality, relationships, self-esteem, and other matters that are a part of our lives. I specialize in LGBTQ+ related matters, and work with queer individuals and their allies in order to make sure they can have fulfilling relationships and experiences.
I utilize a strengths-based approach that incorporates the innate skills and knowledge of each individual client. In layman’s terms—we discover what you’re good at, and we tackle problems in the ways that best benefit you. We can work together to discuss/discover solutions to issues in any aspect of your like where you need assistance and understanding.
I provide services primarily via Telehealth (phone or FaceTime). As I myself am a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I aim to assist this population as well as their family, friends, and society in order to create a space where individuals feel safe and welcomed for who they truly are.
