Are you feeling stuck in sadness, frustration or overwhelmed? Do you feel like circumstances out of your control are getting in the way of your happiness? Are you watching your child suffer and you do not know how to help them? You are not alone. So many people suffer in silence. I am so proud of you that you made it here! My job is to connect with you, hear your story and what you need, and help you get that in a way that works for you. Therapy is not one size fits all, and it mainly depends on how you feel with me, so reach out for a phone call, and let’s see if I can help you.
I work with women, adolescents, children, parents and families. I have 11 years experience in the school system as a teacher & a counselor. I interned at Stepping Forward Counseling, an Intensive Outpatient Program and a Partial Care Program . I have worked as a virtual life coach for adolescents and women for 4 yrs, and in private practice since 2019.
I have gained extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Feminist Theory, Behavior Modification, & Play Therapy. No two clients are the same, and therefore, no two treatment plans are the same. Reach out to see if we would be a good fit!
