Most of my experience has been working with clients who are struggling with mental health concerns, such as Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, ADHD, and Psychosis. I have also worked extensively with clients who have experienced relationship issues, trauma and abuse, and interpersonal conflict. I believe that my role as a therapist is to listen and understand the needs and motivations of my clients. Once there is understanding of the client's goals, then we can work together to help him/her/them get there and conquer obstacles that may be getting in the way.
