I am interested in providing quality mental health treatment to children and adults suffering from a variety of issues including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, relationship issues, interpersonal conflict, low self-esteem, and family conflict. I enjoy watching clients discover their inner strength and apply that to their current problems. Using cognitive-behavioral interventions clients will be able to identify faulty thinking patterns and work on restructuring them into more positive, productive thoughts.

When I first began my practice, I thought that the most important word in marriage was love. A few years later, I changed my mind and concluded that the most important word in marriage was trust. After yet another few years, I changed my mind once again and decided that the most important word in marriage was vulnerability. While I still think today that vulnerability is the most essential component in an intimate partnership, I believe that it needs to be viewed through an attachment lens and can only be exercised in a safe environment. In my practice, I try to create a warm and safe environment where vulnerability thrives.

What could you accomplish if you weren’t bogged down by self-doubt and worry? If you second-guessed yourself less? And believed in yourself more? My clients have discovered that when blocks to self-esteem are removed, so many things improve. Finances and productivity tend to increase while stress and relationship problems decrease. Release your BLOCKS of procrastination, confusion, avoidance, self sabotage, fear of failure and others, and go from STAGNANT TO SUCCESSFUL in surprisingly little time. As a psychotherapist and Certified Success Coach, I want to help you to succeed, right now!

In my role as a therapist, I consider it a privilege to be a part of my client’s healing journey. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to enhance insight, growth and change. Although the past informs the present, it does not have to determine or limit the future. Engaging in therapy can assist you in restoring hope, increasing self-awareness, and improving your connection to yourself and others. Using a holistic perspective to understand my clients' presenting concerns, I strive to create a nonjudgemental space for my clients to bring all of who they are to our work together.

Finding the right therapist isn't always easy. There needs to be a sense of connection, trust, and resonance. You want to feel seen, understood, and safe in the presence of someone who can hold all of your emotions while also inspiring hope and creating a sense of possibility. My intention is to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, even those you may have tried to hide, silence, or get rid of. You are not alone. And you don't have to heal alone. Each of us walks through life carrying some form of pain-whether it's heartbreak, trauma, fear, loneliness or shame. We may learn to manage that pain the best way we know how
