Some of the issues I treat include: depression, anxiety, divorce, couples or family conflicts, self esteem issues and much more. I have been in practice for 25 years and use a variety of techniques to help people feel better and use tools well after therapy is over. Some include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Gestalt techniques. I often give homework assignments so that healthy work can continue outside of the therapeutic session. I see clients that range in age from 14 thru the elder years.

Are therapy sessions confidential?
