As an Integrative Psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, I offer holistic healing therapies to complement traditional counseling modalities.
One of my specialties is Holographic Memory Resolution®- a new bodymind approach for clients that have experienced trauma. HMR allows access to past memories while providing resolution to the painful emotions without having to "re-live" the event. This is profoundly empowering to the survivor who becomes his/her own source of healing.
