My experience has been working with clients who struggle with both mental health and addiction. I have been working In the field of therapy for 8 years helping clients by addressing a range of difficult circumstances in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, adjustment, and substance abuse.
As a therapist I want to empower my clients and help them find what works best for them in reaching their goals. To achieve this I use the following methods and modalities CBT, person centered, Motivational interviewing , and trauma focused therapy.
