I provide psychotherapy and consultation services, and primarily use Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Pschodynamic techniques. I incorporate empathy, honesty, humor, and creativity into treatment in a warm and supportive way.
I specialize in working with LGBTQ clients, as well as those with Anxiety Disorders. I work with individuals experiencing a variety of other problems as well, including depression, life transitions, boundary difficulties, relationship challenges, career/school stress, parenting issues, and attachment.
