Being human is so hard. If you're not anxious, it's because you're exhausted. And can we talk about the off-brand crankiness you feel so guilty about? I know you wish you weren’t, but you’re sensitive. You're sensitive and therefore easily hurt, but you're also sensitive to the needs of others... and you can't turn it off, so you struggle to know what your own needs and boundaries are, let alone meet them. I get it because I've been there. I'm neurodivergent with a history of complex trauma. I understand from the inside and I can help you make sense of yourself, too. AND I can help you actually do something about the way you feel.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to start feeling better! Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or struggling to set boundaries that actually stick, I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where we can work through it together. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, let’s talk about what healing could look like for you. My approach to therapy is conversational, compassionate, and grounded in real connection. I believe healing starts with feeling truly seen and heard, so I create a relaxed, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are.

In a world that profits off of our disconnection, from ourselves, from each other, and from the land, it is a radical act to slow down and pay attention to yourself in a deeper way. No matter what you are experiencing - depression, anxiety, relationship stress, or fear and uncertainty about the state of the world - slowing down and noticing what you are experiencing with compassion and curiosity is the first step toward any healing process. My job in therapy is to support you in learning how to slow down and be present with the thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations that might feel too intense or scary to be with alone.

Together, we'll create a safe space that helps you search for and find your unique answers. Rather than focus on disorders, we'll explore where your journey is leading you. My foundation in creativity, energy work and spirit-mind-body approaches will help you discover insights that lead to transformation. My clients include psychotherapists, parents, holistic leaders, artists, grandparents, writers, students, professionals-people who sense that pain and longing don't mean a person is broken; such experiences are simply a call toward greater wholeness. I'll compassionately receive, support and guide as you navigate life's challenges.

Have you wondered where your life is going and found that personal difficulties have gotten in your way? My clients come to see me with issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship, children and many other issues. I see symptoms as an opportunity for growth. Therapy, like life, is a journey with definite stages. Initially, I work with the individual in talking about their life and issues of concern. The next stage involves processing and healing the stuck places. As this occurs, I see people then ready to find their resources, living into their goals, their essence, their being.

I am here to meet the client where they are at in this moment. I will provide a safe and nurturing environment to hear my client's story. With compassion and in a collaborative effort we will out line the goals and objectives for treatment. These goals provide benchmarks for growth. As we reach these goals together we will reassess and make a determination about areas to focus and set new goals and objectives. Establishing trust and building a strong therapeutic alliance is the cornerstone of my practice.
