To do this, we will discuss what is working for you (we all have strengths) and what is not. I will help you to articulate your goals and the steps that you may choose to take to meet these goals.
I understand what it is like to be someone’s daughter, parent, wife, and friend. As the mother of two young adults and a former high school counselor/ department coordinator for over 25 years, I have seen it all.
