I am a marriage and family therapist. This means I look at relationships. I work with you on how you act and more importantly react to the people around you. Often times we feel angry, hurt, frustrated or anxious and don't really know the true "why" to those feelings.
My teaching background allows me to have better connections and insights to the individual needs of my clients. The challenge is working with different personalities and learning styles, as it is in therapy.
