I believe that therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative effort. I strive to build on the strengths of my clients and help them to develop plans to achieve their goals.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist and have been working within the state of Connecticut over the past twelve years seeing adolescents, adults and families in a variety of settings.I work with clients that are facing various issues including anxiety, anger management, relationship and family issues.
