Are you looking for a relaxed and private atmosphere to discuss problems? I have significant experience working with adults who are struggling with finding balance in their lives due to stress, addiction, and emotional health (Trauma, Anxiety, Depression). I have training in multiple therapeutic models and will work with you on a plan that meets your needs, identifies your strengths, and works on improving your weaknesses.
In addition, I am an empathetic listener who is flexible in my approach. I help clients who struggle with day to day issues along with chronic problems and support those who are stuck in old patterns of habit. I view therapy as a collaboration between two people with different and similar experiences working towards improved emotional health and wellness.
Finally, navigating life transitions including relationships, unemployment, work, school, health and financial stress can be emotionally overwhelming. I work on helping people establish boundaries, so they can find peace and happiness. I want to empower my clients with confidence, self-esteem, and hope for the future.
