I help children and teens express and cope differently with anxiety and depression. I teach skills (CBT and Mindfulness) that they can use right after session and far into their adulthood. My teen counseling focuses on building self-confidence, sharing who they are and how they feel and combating anxiety and depression so they can feel happy and connected.

Elementary Social Skills Group

In this group elementary age students will have an opportunity to connect with peers in a fun, supportive group setting. Each group will begin with a social skills lesson, followed by opportunities to practice the identified skill using engaging games and therapeutic activities. Children who have challenges interacting with peers and making and maintaining positive peer relationships will look forward to these sessions and will find the group a safe, supportive place to form connections!
