Are you constantly feeling overwhelmed by ADHD, questioning yourself after a narcissistic relationship, or feel ready to heal the parts of you shaped by childhood experiences? Many of my clients come feeling exhausted, confused, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. In therapy, we explore your story, develop practical tools for daily life, strengthen coping skills, and explore the roots of your experiences so you can heal, set healthier boundaries, and move toward a more grounded and empowered life. We will help you understand yourself in a more meaningful way, learn how to give yourself grace, and APPLY the tools you learn in therapy.

I believe that everyone, despite what label or diagnoses we have, deserves to be treated with fairness and empathy. We are not our past. I find great opportunity in challenging situations. My philsophy is that we are all doing the best we can based on our level of awareness. Every single being can work to expand on this. I see my role as working with you to shine a light on blind spots, thereby increasing this awareness. By doing so, we can address behavior and thought patterns which may have caused disruption in your life. Let's work to understand these parts of Self a little more.

Freud believed that the goal of psychoanalysis is to free a person to love and to work. Similarly, I see therapy as a process of liberation that frees one to love and contribute to the world. The liberation of one person, sparks liberation in the rest of the world too. I believe that each of us has a unique contribution to make in the world. I see therapy as a process of freeing people to love and contribute. By liberating ourselves, we liberate others.

Are you looking to make positive changes in your personal, relationships, or work life? Feel better mentally and physically? Quit smoking, lose weight, or generally feel more confident and fulfilled? Stress and anxiety can be challenging hurdles to overcome without the proper support and tools. It’s easy to look around and see others seemingly at peace and living their lives to the fullest, while you feel like you’re barely treading water. You would like to change some of your behavior, beliefs, or thoughts, or perhaps resolve emotions that weigh you down, but have yet to be as successful as you would like to be.
